ABOUT KAREN R. SPELL

Born and raised in South Florida Ms.Spell graduated from the University of Miami Law School and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981. She opened a Real Estate Title Company in 1984 in South Florida which she sold in 2004 to relocate to Orlando. Karen continued closing real estate transactions first as Preferred Title of Central Florida, Inc. and now as Karen R. Spell, P.A.. Her knowledge and experience make Karen R.
